Services Impacted based on "Alert Levels"

• Alert Level 1

• Business and services will be continued as usual.
• Any special events and details will be notified separately.

• Alert Level 2

• On-line ordering is not expected to have any impacts.
• No business/service impacts expected other than some delays in courier services; which are purely beyond our control. However, we will be very closely with our service providers to get your orders on time.
• Any special events and details will be notified separately.

 

• Alert Level 3/4

• On-line ordering is not expected to have any impacts.
• Our "Click Collect" options will be impacted as follows:
• Only "Takanini" - "Click & Collect" option will be available and the process will follow strict standards/guidelines issued by the authorities (We will share the specific details with your order confirmation).
• All other "Click & Collect" locations will not be functioning during this alert level.
• Some delays in courier services are expected due to high utilisation of the services; which are purely beyond our control. However, we are working very closely with our service providers to get your orders on time
